Another former Oregon Duck has found a new home, as tight end Kade Caton has signed with the USF Bulls, On3's Pete Nakos reports.
Caton was a three-star prospect out of Manvel High School in Manvel, TX, in 2024, coming in as the No. 64 tight end and No. 178 player in the Texas, per 247 Sports. He was unranked as a transfer before landing with the Bulls.
The 6-foot-5, 250-pound tight end appeared in one game as a true freshman, utilizing a redshirt. He didn't see much more time as a redshirt freshman in 2025, seeing time mostly on special teams. He failed to record to a catch in two seasons with the Ducks.

Amid a stacked tight end room in 2026 that is set to feature Jamari Johnson, 2026 five-star true freshman Kendre Harrison and 2025 five-star Andrew Olesh, who transferred to Oregon after one season at Penn State, Caton wasn't the only Duck in the position room to depart from the program.
Along with Caton, fellow tight ends Zach Grace, Vander Ploog and Roger Saleapaga all entered the portal.
Caton will have three seasons of eligibility at USF.
