First Half

Four minutes in and its all tied up at 5. Jacob Crews connected for Mizzou’s first basket from three. Overall, the Tigers are having trouble driving the lane but have found themselves at the free throw line twice

With the shot clock expiring, Elyjah Freeman drains a half court shot for Auburn

Gates calls a timeout after a 7-0 Auburn run brings the opposing Tigers to a 12-5 lead with around 13 minutes left in the half

The chances are there but shots are not falling. Currently, Mizzou is 1-10 from field goal range

Halfway through the first half, Auburn leads by three. Trent Pierce leads the way with six points and he’s 2-2 for field goals and 1-1 from three

Anthony Robinson II with a MAJOR three with less than eight minutes to go. On the other end of the court, the Tigers defense stepped up in route to a layup from T.O. Barrett and the lead. Mizzou holds a 20-18 advantage with seven minutes to go. It’s their first lead of the game

Mizzou has done a fine job at shutting down star Keyshawn Hall this half. Coming off back-to-back 32 point games, the forward has been contained to just two points so far

Mizzou holds onto the lead to end the half, up 38-34. The Tigers offensive efficiency has been crucial to maintaining its lead. Both teams have a FG success rate of 48.1 percent. However, Mizzou holds the advantage from beyond the arc shooting 50 percent compared to Auburn’s 30 percent

Mark Mitchell was also able to generate scoring chances as the half transpired and ends the first with eight points. Movement from the Tiger offense allowed the team to open up the floor and find Mitchell

At the end of the half, MU is led by Trent Pierce with 12 points while Sebastian Williams-Adams leads with 9 for Auburn

Second Half

Mitchell connects for five points to open the half and brings Mizzou to a 43-34 lead

Auburn continues to find success from beyond the arc with 3 three’s over the last few minutes. Two of those came from Overton and it brings them within just three points of Mizzou

The home Tigers turn up the tempo on offense and find themselves on a 6-0 run after Pierce connects for his fourth three-pointer of the night

Mizzou finds themselves in the bonus with 12:48 still left to play, hopefully more luck from the charity stripe follows. Tonight, MU is shooting 68.8 percent from the line with four misses from Mitchell

At the under-12 media timeout Mizzou leads 56-48. Auburn has had difficulty generating any offense and only have three successful FG attempts. Additionally, they haven’t scored a bucket in nearly three minutes

With ten minutes remaining in the game, MU obtains its largest lead of the game at 11 points

Phillips collects his fourth foul and Auburn is now also in bonus with a little under 9 minutes left

At the under-6 timeout the home Tigers lead 67-57

Williams-Adams has fouled out for Auburn, he’s been the Tigers leading scorer tonight

Mizzou keeps sending Auburn to the foul line and allowing them to drag themselves back to an 6-point deficit with three minutes remaining

MU loses the coach’s challenge and a subsequent timeout

Jayden Stone pulls the Tigers away with an and-one and Mizzou regains a 7-point advantage

Barrett finds Stone in transition for a layup and Stone will be at the charity stripe with just 42 seconds left. A controversial call on Pettiford with Auburn trying to fight its way back in

Stone seals it with a dunk and Mizzou will continue its home winning streak, reaching 11-0 at Mizzou Arena
